How to Spa:

How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?
Please arrive a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointments to allow yourself ample time to change, put personal effects in a locker and familiarize yourself with our facility.

What do I need to bring?
You will receive a robe and slippers should you be experiencing several treatments in one visit. For your refreshment, showers are provided with all the comforts of home.

Should I removed my jewelry?
For your convenience, if you bring valuables to the spa, lockers are provided for your use. Identity is not responsibile for items lost, stolen or left behind.

Should I shave before my treatments?
It is necessary for gentlemen to shave 3 hours prior to a facial. Should you have a Salt Glo body treatment or a Spa Pedicure, it is recommended that you not shave that day, nor have any open cuts or skin abrasions as they tend to become aggravated during this procedure.

Considerations:
Male and female massage therapists and nail technicians are available, however we cannot guarantee your choice for a specific treatment. Our spa environment is one of relaxation and quiet calm, so please keep in mind other client's desire to enjoy their services in quiet privacy. We request for ALL cell phones to be turned off before entering the spa. Cell phones are prohibited in the spa waiting area.


Appointment & Cancellation Policies:

Scheduling:

To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desired but walk-ins are gladly accepted.

Please schedule your return appointment with your technician prior to leaving in order to ensure proper service booking & time


Cancellations and Confirmations:
We request a 24 hour cancellation notice. Please let us know if you are running late, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it may be necessary to reschedule.

If we need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to a technician illness or scheduling conflict, we strive to give as much notice as possible. We may schedule an alternative technician to perform your service in order to keep your day and time if we cannot reach you.

Confirmations of appointments are made 48 hours ahead of time with an email. If you prefer a confirmation call please leave us the best number to contact you.

Children:
Children with an appointment or supervised by an adult in the salon waiting area are welcome. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment Options:
For your convenience we accept cash and all major credit cards; no personal checks for payment. Gratuities may be accepted in cash and check form. If you are writing a check for a gratuity please make it out to your stylist or technician.
